Our commitment

USA Locksmith Pros wants everyone to be able to read this website and request service through it, including people who use assistive technology. This statement covers the national website and every state section of it.

Standard we are working toward

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is a target, not a certification. The website has not had an independent accessibility audit.

What we have done

• Semantic HTML: pages use real headings, landmarks, lists, and labeled form fields, so screen readers and other assistive technology can understand the structure.
• Keyboard support: navigation, links, buttons, and the service request form are built to be used with a keyboard alone.
• Contrast-tested colors: text and interface colors are checked against WCAG contrast requirements.
• Reduced motion: when your device is set to reduce motion, the website turns off nonessential animation.

Known limitations

• Linked documents from other organizations: some pages link to official documents, such as government PDFs. We do not control those documents, and some may not be fully accessible.
• Testing is ongoing: pages are checked with automated accessibility testing and by keyboard as the website changes, and we fix the issues we find.
