About this policy

This policy explains what information the USA Locksmith Pros website collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers the national website, every state section of the website, and the service request form.

The website is operated by USA Locksmith Pros. State sections of the website use state-specific names and logos. They are part of the same company, USA Locksmith Pros, and are not separate businesses.

This policy is effective September 25, 2026.

Information you give us in a service request

When you send a service request, the form asks for:

• Service type: the kind of help you are asking about and, on the full form, when you need it.
• Location: your ZIP code, your city, the state, and, if you choose to give it, a street address.
• Name and phone number.
• Email address (optional).
• Vehicle details (optional, automotive requests only): make, model, and year.
• A message (optional): anything else you want us to know.
• Marketing consent (optional, full form only): a separate checkbox, described below.

Please do not include payment card numbers, government ID numbers, passwords, or similar sensitive details in the message field. The form does not ask for them.

Information sent automatically with a request

When you submit a request, the website also sends technical attribution details with it:

• the page where you first arrived on the website (the landing page),
• the referring address, if your browser provides one, and
• any campaign tags (UTM parameters or an ad click ID) in the web address you used.

Your browser keeps the landing page in its session storage for the open tab so it can be sent with a request. It is cleared when you close the tab. We use these details to understand which pages and campaigns lead people to contact us.

To prevent spam and abuse, the website counts requests from each connection for ten minutes. It does this with a one-way code made from your IP address, held only in the server's memory and never stored. Our hosting provider may process connection details, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website.

How we use the information

We use the information in a request to:

• review the request and contact you about it,
• send it to the team that handles the state and location you selected,
• send a confirmation email to the address you gave, if you gave one,
• prepare a quote and confirm whether the work can be done,
• confirm, as part of the service process, that you are authorized to access the property or vehicle,
• prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and
• understand how people find the website, using the attribution details above.

We do not use request details for marketing unless you check the marketing-consent box.

Marketing consent

The marketing-consent checkbox is separate from the request and is optional. Your service request is handled whether or not you check it.

If you check it, we may send you occasional updates and offers using the contact details in your request. You can withdraw your consent at any time by telling us through the request form on our contact page, or by replying to one of those messages.

Where the information goes

The website does not keep your request in a database. When you send the form, the request is delivered as an email to our company inbox through an email delivery provider, and the website does not keep a copy after it is sent. The copy in our inbox is used to handle your request and is kept with our business records.

If you gave an email address, we also send a confirmation email to it through the same email delivery provider. It repeats the service, timing and location you chose and your reference number, not your message, and the website does not keep a copy of it.

The website relies on service providers to operate, including a website hosting provider and an email delivery provider. They process information on our behalf to run these services.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal process.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The website does not set cookies, does not run advertising trackers, and does not use third-party analytics.

If we decide to turn on website analytics later, this policy will be updated before analytics are enabled.

Contacting us other than through the form

If you contact us another way, we use the details you share only to respond to you and to handle your request.

Security

Requests travel over an encrypted connection, and connection secrets are kept on the server, not in the public website. No website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive details you were not asked for.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you sent us through the website, or to stop marketing contact. Send your request through the request form on our contact page: choose "Something else" as the service and describe what you are asking for in the message.

We may ask you to confirm details from your original request so we can check that the information is yours before we act on it. Some state privacy laws give residents additional rights; where one applies to your request, we handle it as that law requires.

Requests about someone else's property or vehicle

If you request service for a property or vehicle, we will ask for identification and proof of residence, ownership, or authorization through the service process. If you share information about another person, please make sure you have the right to do so.

Children

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we will update the effective date above. If a change affects how we use information already collected, we will describe it here before the change takes effect.
