Where you are parked matters

• City garages. The city runs the City Administration Building, Kiowa and Cascade garages. Give the garage, the level and a nearby space number, and say if your ticket or pass is locked in the car.
• Old Colorado City. Most of the historic commercial district's 27 properties line Colorado Avenue between 24th and 26th streets. Give the block and the side of the street.
• Snow. Colorado Springs averages 38 inches of snow a season, and March is the snowiest month. If snow is piling up, brush the plates clear so the car is easy to identify.
