Downtown parking that keeps running

Downtown has four city parking facilities: Van Buren, Central, Municipal Center and Water Street. If you are locked out in one, give the facility and the level.

• Street spaces. On-street spaces downtown have a two-hour limit from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
• Washington Street. Weekday tow zones run from 6 to 8:30 a.m. and from 4 to 7 p.m. If you are locked out there shortly before one of those windows, say so first.
• After dark. Municipal Code section 11-2A-8 bars parking on city streets between 2 and 5 a.m., with exceptions the city sets out.
