What counts as urgent in Atlanta

• Someone at risk inside. If a child, an older adult or a pet is shut in a car or a home, call 911 first. Georgia summers run long, hot and humid (NOAA), so a shut-in car or room can turn dangerous on an ordinary summer day.

After a break-in
