• 3500 South and Constitution Boulevard. The area around 3500 South and Constitution Boulevard (2700 West) has traditionally been commercial, and the city's plan calls for redeveloping the aging commercial buildings on the north side of 3500 South, between 2700 West and 3200 West. In older buildings, a storefront lock may have been swapped more than once, and a rear service door can end up on a key nobody tracks.
