Where Bend drivers get locked out

A lockout can happen anywhere a car is parked, but Bend's parking areas each have details worth knowing while you wait:

  • Downtown. The Downtown Parking District manages its spaces to encourage turnover. Note the block and any posted limit.
  • Centennial Garage. Bend Patrol Services is the garage's security contractor. Give the level and the nearest stairwell or exit.
  • McKay Park and The Pavilion. The city's McKay Parking District covers the area around both. Say which side of the park or building you are on.
  • Old Mill District. The city does not manage its parking. The district has more than 1,400 spaces in lots off Bond Street, Columbia Street and SW Bluff Drive, so name the street the lot opens onto and the nearest storefront.
